2. What data do we process?

We process the data you voluntarily provide through our contact channels (email or other means we may enable), which may include: name and surname, company or organisation, position, email address, phone number and the content of the communications you exchange with us.

We may also process technical and usage data during your navigation through cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not process special categories of data (so-called sensitive data).

3. For what purpose do we process your data?

  • To handle and manage the enquiries, requests for information or proposals you send us.
  • To manage the commercial or professional relationship where you are a client, supplier or partner.
  • To send you communications relating to our activity, only where you have given your consent or where a prior contractual relationship exists and the communications relate to products or services similar to those originally contracted (Article 21.2 of the LSSI-CE). Every communication will include a simple, free means of objecting to its receipt.

5. How long do we keep your data?

Data will be kept for as long as the commercial or professional relationship is maintained, as well as for the years necessary to comply with any legal obligations that may arise. When no longer necessary, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures.

6. Who do we share your data with?

As a general rule, we do not disclose your data to third parties. Only the following may have access to it:

  • Service providers acting as data processors (for example, hosting, email or management services), with whom the corresponding processing agreements have been signed pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.
  • Within the framework of co-development agreements, where communications to subcontractors and the main contractor may occur when necessary for the execution of the project.
  • Where a legal obligation so requires.

No international data transfers are made outside the European Economic Area unless expressly reported and always under the applicable regulations or the appropriate safeguards provided for in Article 46 of the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. What are your rights?

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, as well as withdraw the consent given at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal (Article 7.3 of the GDPR).
